If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can get a full refund within 15 calendar days of your order shipment. We can also work with you to help you find another pair that best fits your style and budget.

Exchanges

For exchanges within 15 calendar days, you will get a full price exchange. Your only responsibility will be the shipping charges back to Iramar Vision. Please include the case, cloths, and any paperwork that was enclosed with your original order.

Returns

For returns within 15 calendar days, you will get a full refund. Your only responsibility will be the shipping charges back to Iramar Vision. Please include the case, cloths, and any paperwork that was enclosed with your original order.

If you would like to return contact lenses, please mail them in original packaging, unopened, and within 15 days of shipment for a full refund.

BIFOCAL OR PROGRESSIVE LENSES ORDERS:

We get it. Buying prescription glasses online is challenging because you can't try them on first.  We are committed to working with you to find the right fit.

While the lenses for bifocal and progressive order are considered custom and can not be returned for a refund, please contact us to try another frame style and receive a discount on your new lenses. Or you may return the original frame only as stated in our return policy.

All custom prescription lenses orders are made according to the customer's prescription information entered during the ordering process.  We inspect every order prior to mailing it to you.  If the prescription does not match the original prescription we will be happy to order corrected lenses for you. 

Please contact us within 7 calendar days of your order receipt and tell us that there may be a problem with your lenses, and send it back to us within 15 calendar days.

What if my contact lenses are not correct?

If your contact lenses were not correct for any reason we will replace them at no charge to you.

What if I need to cancel my order?

As soon as you receive a confirmation email of your order we will begin working on it. We will get your glasses or contact lenses to you as quickly as possible, which means that you may not be able to "cancel" your order. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us as soon as possible at contact us 7 days-a-week 9am- 8pm EST, so we can work together and make you happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after you receive it, you will have up to 15 calendar days to get a full refund.

How do I replace a wrong lens, a wrong frame, or a damaged order?

Contact us by emailing on contact page and request a Return Product Number.

Please include a Return Product Number in order for us to process your replacement request. The Return Product number must be written on the outside of the package and/or on the return shipping label.

We will credit the original credit card or your original form of payment within 3-4 business days once your glasses are received by our Returns department.

How do I return a package?

Before returning or exchanging your glasses, please be sure to request a Return Product Number by emailing our Customer Service department at contact page

The Return Product Number expires after 15 calendar days of your request. We can not accept returns or exchanges without a valid Return Product number.

Please return all items in their original packaging with any unused included items – cases, paperwork, and cleaning cloths. The Return Product number must be written on the outside of the package and/or on the return shipping label.

We are not responsible for any lost packages. Returns must be sent pre-paid by a trackable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express, or the United States Post Office to:
